Deborah Secora Office Manager Debbie joined the Mervin Winston, Ltd. team in 2001. Her background and experience in administrative management and customer service make her a terrific addition to our team. As Office Manager, Debbie handles the firm's benefits administration, client service programs, policy and procedure development, office management, deposits, accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as the database management for the firm. Not only is Debbie our Office Manager, but more importantly, she is our "Director of First Impressions." Debbie is the friendly voice on the line greeting callers and the team member responsible for greeting visitors and helping clients access the resources they need at Mervin Winston, Ltd. Debbie developed her customer service and office administration skills as the head customer service manager and as the department manager for a local branch of a nationwide retailer, as a telephone customer service representative for a mail fulfillment company handling several major accounts, and as an administrative assistant in the legal industry.
